Who we are

IIL Risk Management is the brand under which Inca Infotech Ltd., a UK registered limited company, originally a software solutions provider, now delivers IT related risk management services. Taking over the Essex based activities of the software solutions provider Broadgate Technical Services, whose clientele included such leaders in their fields as Ford Motors, Salomon Smith Barney and Superdrug Stores Plc., Inca Infotech Ltd., commenced operations in the millennium year 2000. Our experience in IT consultancy, software development, testing and support services dates back to 1990 and covers a range of industries from automotive to healthcare, retail marketing to banking in the City.

Since all the services offered by us initially, namely software development & support, project management, software testing and maintenance are geared towards mitigating risk, from 2005 Inca has devoted itself to Risk Management. As evidence of this commitment to risk management, all our services are now being delivered through the IIL Risk Management brand. To this end we have strengthened our risk management team of senior professionals with recognized qualifications and extensive experience in this area from large internationally active institutions. The increasing complexity and stringency of regulatory requirements such as Basel II and Sarbanes-Oxley are calling for firms to use specialized skills to meet such requirements and are also convincing them to look outwards for such specialist professional advice and support. We see this as a growth area and are thus fully geared to satisfy the needs of our clients with our commitment to following industry best practices and recognized standards such as BS 7799 / ISO IEC 17799, BS 15000 and PRINCE 2 and PAS 56. Our senior team members are intimately familiar with the practice of these standards and best practices and are already certified or in the process of being certified under them.

We have thus broadened our repertoire and are now concentrating on IT security, Business Continuity Management, Project Management and Operational Risk management processes, in addition to software development, support & maintenance, data migration and software testing services. IIL Risk Management has an experienced, mature and talented team. We are continuing to grow internally and along with our business alliance partners are well placed to serve our customers in these areas in the long term.
